Appointed Representatives

We provide firms with FCA regulated status through the Appointed Representative (AR) regime.
Normally, becoming an Appointed Representative is quick and very cost effective compared to direct regulation. Our approach is straightforward: we assess your firm's suitability and the suitability of the individuals involved, we then on-board the Firm (making a number of KYC, AML and other checks), once everything is in order we submit the applications for Appointed Representative (AR) and Approved Persons. Although we will meet with you, the bulk of the on-boarding is handled electronically. Once the AR application is approved you will be able to undertake your financial services business.  We keep in regular touch with you to ensure that you are conducting your business in accordance with the FCA rules, we do this through periodic reviews.
